OPEN TRIP 06D/05N GOOD FRIDAY PROCESSION IN LARANTUKA  FLORES 2015

Day 01 : JAKARTA – DENPASAR – MAUMERE

Depart from Jakarta by flight via Denpasar. Upon Arrival at Frans Seda
Airport our local guide will meet you and then drive you to Restaurant
for having lunch. After lunch then drive to Moni for accommodation. It
takes 3 hours drive.

Day 02 : MONI – KELIMUTU – MAUMERE – LARANTUKA

Early in the morning at 04.00 am depart from MONI to KELIMUTU to see
the three lakes in different colour with its beautiful view of sun
rise. At 09.00 am back to MONI for breakfast. After breakfast then
drive to LARANTUKA.Lunch and dinner will be served at LOCAL
RESTAURANT.

Day 03 : FULL DAY PROCESSION (GOOD FRIDAY)

Breakfast at Susteran Weri, depart to harbor and embark on the boat
together with other groups of the government for cruising to Wureh
village to visit the Senyor chapel where you will witness the statue
of the holy mother. From Wureh boating to Larantuka with another boat
(sea Procession) to bring statue of Tuan Menino. The procession of
Tuan Manino with canoe to pantai uste, then the corpse of Tuan Manino
is carried to the stopping point towards the armada of Tuan Manino
(armada pohon asam). Lunch at Susteran Weri, afternoon procession of
Tuan Ma and Tuan Ana from each chapel to cathedral church (Dinner at
Susteran), Lamentation in Cathedral church (Good Friday) procession
through the eight stopping point. (B,L,D)

Day 04: FULL DAY TOUR LARANTUKA – ADONARA

After breakfast then start full day tour visit Fishing village in
Adonara island and the historical places which was leaved by
Portuguese. In the afternoon back to Larantuka.

Day 05: LARANTUKA – MAUMERE

Breakfast at Susteran weri, Depart to Maumere. Arrive in Maumere and
directly check in at Silvya hotel, Lunch at LOCAL RESTAURANT. After
lunch depart to Ledalero to visit the high Seminary of Theology and
philosophy (candidates of Catholic Priests), from Ledalero proceed to
Sikka to visit the old church built by Portuguese in 16th centuries.
Drive back to hotel to take a shower because 19.00 PM you will attend
the holy masses with students of Seminary ST. Petrus Ritapiret. Dinner
and accommodation at Sylvia hotel. (B,L,D)

Day 06 : MAUMERE – DENPASAR – JAKARTA

Breakfast at hotel, transfer to the airport to depart to the next
destination by flight. (B)
